We had originally applied for a home loan with another broker. At the last minute, issue after issue regarding incorrect paper work arose which meant we missed settlement. Given the issues, we requested to apply for a loan with another bank but our original broker kept insisting it would take too long and we were not far from approval. With no hope in sight, a friend suggested we talk to Neil just for some advice. When we first spoke to Neil we were already two weeks past settlement. Given the urgency of our situation, Neil offered to meet with us on a public holiday to discuss our options and put in a home loan application there and then.
