- 50% for other income producing assets (suitable for >100 acre farms)
- Interest rates starting from 8.19% for both variable and fixed rates
- Locations: All metro capital cities and major regional centres
- Term 1-2 years interest only
- Credit Impairment – Light to moderate credit impairment considered on merit
- Any worthwhile purpose
- Non regulated loans only.
