Whatever suits your needs, ANZ is there for you! Plus you can make interest only repayments for up to 10 years.

Redraw
If you make additional repayments to your ANZ Variable Rate Residential Investment Loan you can now redraw these funds for whatever you need. You may be considering renovations, purchasing a new car or even wishing to go on that dream holiday. With redraw on your loan, you have access to your advance payments without having to go through another loan application process. To be eligible for redraw ensure you register at your loan application interview.
