ANZ Standard Variable Rate Home Loan

How does the ANZ Standard Variable Rate Home Loan work for you?
This is the most versatile of all ANZ Home Loans. The ANZ Standard Variable Rate Home Loan is designed for people who need flexibility. This home loan comes with a number of features that can help accommodate changes in your circumstances.
Flexible repayments
An ANZ Standard Variable Rate Home Loan provides you with a choice of flexible repayment options. You can pay weekly, fortnightly or monthly, enabling you to organise repayments to suit your needs. And you can make additional repayments whenever you wish.
ANZ Offset Accounts
Even better than making extra repayments direct to your Home Loan is making them to a linked ANZ Offset account. Instead of making extra repayments direct to your Home loan, consider making them to a linked ANZ One account. This account provides 100% mortgage offset on your linked loan, but you can access your funds anytime.
Please refer to the ANZ One Fact Sheet for more information.
Redraw
If you make additional repayments to your ANZ Standard Variable Rate Home Loan you may redraw these funds for your future needs. You may be considering renovating, purchasing a new car or even wishing to go on that dream holiday. With redraw on your loan you have access to these advance payments without having to go through another loan application process.
To be eligible for redraw ensure you register at your home loan application interview.
Fee free transaction banking on linked account*
As a Variable Rate Residential Investment Loan customer, you have the option of an ANZ Access Advantage account that is free of monthly service and ANZ transaction fees.
ANZ Rapid Refinance. Why wait?
Has an ANZ loan caught your eye? ANZ Rapid Refinance# allows you to quickly switch your current loan to ANZ in only a matter of weeks. So, you will benefit from your refinance plans far quicker than usual.
