Description
A variable rate home loan product with an ongoing discount for the life of the loan.

Eligibility
Minimum loan amount $250,000 where the total home loan borrowings > $500,000 (no maximum)

Interest Rate
The interest rate is a straight in variable rate with an ongoing discount of 0.6% p.a. off the Mortgage Shredder Reference Rate for the life of the loan.

Loan Value Ratio (LVR) = Maximum 90% (plus capitalised LMI)
Owner Occupier loans* ; Investment loans*; construction of an investment dwelling*. (*May differ for country and regional areas).

Interest offset (optional)
100% offset with a Lite Direct Transaction account (Offset account fee NIL).  The monthly flat fee of $3.99 applies to the Lite Direct Account for unlimited electronic transactions; EFTPOS, Bankwest Network ATMs and Phone Banking (Lite Direct option).  Plus, MasterCard Debit Card access.

Applicable Fees
Application fee – $700

Plus Package
The Premium Home Loan will be available under the Plus Package

Transfers
Available, standard transfer procedures and fees apply.

Online Redraw
Free, no minimum, $5K per day Pay Anybody maximum. Home Loan Access (over the counter) fees applicable
