AMP Increases Fixed Home Loan Interest Rates

Effective August 28th AMP is increasing their fixed rate home loans

Fixed Rate Loans

- 2 Year Fixed Rate increased by 0.20% to 6.59%p.a.
- 3 Year Fixed Rate increased by 0.20% to 7.19%p.a.

Affinity Fixed Rate Loans (for loans > $250,000)

- Affinity 2 Year Fixed Rate increased by 0.20% to 6.44%p.a.
- Affinity 3 Year Fixed Rate increased by 0.20% to 7.04%p.a.

Affinity Fixed Rate Loans (for loans < $250,000)

- 2 Year Fixed Rate increased by 0.20% to 6.59%p.a.
- 3 Year Fixed Rate increased by 0.20% to 7.19%p.a.

Select Fixed Rate Loans
- Select 2 Year Fixed Rate increased by 0.20% to 6.49%p.a.
- Select 3 Year Fixed Rate increased by 0.20% to 7.09%p.a.

Low Doc Fixed Rate Loans
- Low Doc 2 Year Fixed Rate increased by 0.20% to 8.79%p.a.
- Low Doc 3 Year Fixed Rate increased by 0.20% to 9.19%p.a.
